How’s it going?
June 27th, 2009Good Morning! I think one of the things this challenge is doing for some of us is showing where our weaknesses are in our routines. Like Bailey said, she can get 20 points in a day without exercising, so her diet is already pretty good. But there’s no way I can get to 20 without exercising, because I have trouble “fitting in” all the good stuff into my day. So Bailey will work on exercising more, and I need to concentrate on making myself eat the vegies and fruits FIRST, before I reach for other stuff…then we’ll both be more balanced. I have gotten back on my walking “horse” (hehe), and I feel good about that, but I’m still struggling with the food and water part…how about the rest of you?

I think I am going to the downtown library to pick up some books and maybe David and I will walk on the Green Belt. Its easy for me *most* of the time to make sure I eat all my good stuff and drink all my water before eating to drinking anything else. It is harder for me to say no at night when I know I am not hungry and I know I've already got all my food points.

well i finally got thru again.
I have a pretty good routine going during the week and have let slide during weeekend. I look down the road 6 months and 1 year and I think I will prefer the healthier ways.I know this because of some past expierences and when weekend comes some of the goodies are not as fullfilling.Good sign! thanks hon for my dailey routine that gets me such a good start.
I almost hate to lose my paunch because LJ fits on top of it so well:)
